Holistic health and wellbeing can be defined as your overall state of wellness on all levels of your being right now; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It is the health of your entire being which extends to everyone and everything that affects you, including your environment and your relationships. It is the sum total of the choices you make and the actions you take in each and every moment of your life. These choices will have a major influence on your physical and mental welfare long into the future. What you think, how and when you eat, when you sleep, how and when you exercise and how you relate to others either moves you along the continuum toward good health or further away from it.

We are accustomed to dealing with each of these areas separately. However, in reality, body, mind and spirit are integrated aspects of the whole. They are not separate entities and cannot be separated.
